It also has way more antioxidants than most other foods, it raises HDL, and improves brain function, to name but a few benefits!

 

Peanut Butter

Peanut butter is around 25% protein, making it one of the best plant-based protein sources. It contains a fair amount of nutrients, including vitamin E and B, copper, magnesium and manganese.

It’s also pretty high in antioxidants. While there are health benefits to peanut butter, it’s recommended to only consume it in moderation, as it contains aflatoxins which can be harmful in large amounts.
