5 More Natural Secrets to Prevent Colds/Flu…

As promised, here is part 2 of this post, discussing a further 5 natural products that help to prevent colds/flu, or help to alleviate the symptoms quicker if you catch one!

 

Turmeric/Black Pepper

 

Turmeric is anti-viral, and even a small amount is enough to inhibit the activity of the flu virus, as well as stopping the virus from replicating and growing. It’s also anti-inflammatory so it helps to relieve the symptoms of colds/flu, it’s full of antioxidants and is shown to boost the immune system.

Black pepper is antibacterial, so it helps to fight infections. When combined, these 2 spices really help to combat or even prevent colds/flu!
